Recently, I celebrated my birthday here and had a blast. I got a perfect massage and delicious meals. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I loved my time there. They had everything you need for a good rest.

Elmwood Spa is the perfect urban getaway. The staff are always lovely and welcoming and the facilities are in the perfect location for some rest and relaxation in the heart of downtown Toronto. If you’re coming in from out of town I highly recommend taking the train to Union Station.

The online booking process was not as intuitive as I had expected however it was worth the trouble! The spa is great, the location is very convenient and the staff is incredibly helpful and skilled. I booked a mani/pedi package, and while the lunch (yummy) time was a bit tight, I really enjoyed relaxing there. I recommend it for a slow day. Thanks to Ishrat for my nail treatments! I'll be back.

Had a phenomenal day at Elwood today! First time and I will definitely be back. The food was fantastic and everything was so clean and well maintained. Wonderful massage. Also, all the staff were so courteous, kind and thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a spa day with my daughter and loved the care and service from start to finish. Front desk staff were friendly, thorough and gave us a handy personalized itinerary to refer to. We were getting French pedicures and while we waited we were given robes, slippers, herbal teas and access to the whirlpool and sauna. The staff that did our pedicures were friendly and did a great job. It was a wonderful experience and would go back, buy a gift certificate, and recommend to others.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Went here for my partners birthday and got their package for a couples massage, facials, water therapies (steam room, hot tub, pool, whirlpool in the ladies change room, sauna in the men's change room) and a three course lunch on their beautiful terrace all for $430 each. FOOD WAS A 10/10. There was also complementary tea bars on each floor, along with hot+cold face towels and regular towels. We were also given a nice comfy robes and slippers to use for our stay. The changing rooms were gorgeous, came with complementary shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotions, deodorants, hair gels, and hair tools. Overall such a cute and relaxing day, the place itself has an older but timeless aesthetic, every room was super clean. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!

We visited the spa while on a business trip. The staff were amazing lining up multiple services for us, on short notice. The facilities are clean, well serviced and in good condition. We loved the old and new design within the historic building. The water services are a such a treat! A sauna would be amazing too. The RMTs provided excellent massages and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the lymphatic massage and scalp treatment for unique experiences. We found the lunch while delicious a bit heavy and would have preferred more salads and bowls options. There was a small hiccup for our dessert however the staff made it right quickly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommend Elmwood Spa!

The Elmwood spa was so clean and tide. The minute you came through the door it seems your treatment begins. The aromatic was so therapeutic. The water was so relaxing the hot tub jets worked well on my ache body. The saunas did a wonderful job job also and last but not least the lunch was so delicious. I felt brand new leaving the spa.

My go to spa in the heart of Toronto.. Staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I had an amazing time doing aromatherapy massage with a free birthday lunch… I’ve been here multiple times for a massage but this is my first time to experience the Terrace Restaurant. I will definitely come back for this experience..

I had a wonderful experience at The ElmWood Spa while celebrating my birthday with a self-care day. I spent just over three hours there and felt completely relaxed from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, the spa itself was beautiful and impeccably clean, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the water therapies and time spent in the relaxation lounge. My services included a body sugar scrub, which was fantastic, followed by lunch and a manicure to end the day. I will certainly be returning next year and would highly recommend The ElmWood Spa to friends and family.
